I am a Vocal Peformance Coach, specializing in motivating and inspiring higher levels of musical and artistic performance from the performer - whether musical ensemble work, directors, actors or public speakers - any performance art requires believability, sincerity, confidence, craft excellence and authenticity. Inspiring the performer plays a key role in the success of such a venture .. that's where coaching comes into play! - it brings out the best in you!

With a variety of experience form classical orchestral work to modern opera, from folk and bluegrass to vocal jazz, from musicals to bar bands to barbershop quartets and choruses, I offer a broad perspective on musical delivery and artistic interpretation. The motivational style is focused on the trifecta of leadership, team work and individual commitment to artistic potential.

I am dedicated to ongoing education - both for groups I work with as well as personally - growth is limited without challenging yourself to learn new things. This includes my work as an arranger - always striving to learn and grow while creating.

Hailing from Canada originally, I am a of Master Director, currently directing the award winning Stockholm City Voices - a womens' ensemble from Stockholm, Sweden, and the SAI 2008 Harmony Classic Division A International Champions.

I have been coached by Mo Field a number of times over the last year, in chorus, in a quartet and personal sessions. She is the most inspiring, talented, passionate and amusing coach. I highly recommend her to anyone or any group looking to improve their musicanship, stage performance and enjoyment of music! Mo coached our Chorus in Hawaii in November 2008 before our International Competition. These sessions were very memorable, and valuable. Our Chorus was able to take to stage a performance that placed 16th, and I think everyone really enjoyed the experience. This result is the best an Australian Chorus has placed in SAI competition! Thanks Mo from Rachael - Bass from Alibi Quartet and Perth Harmony Chorus Australia SAI Region 34

Mo was just amazing. In my quartet, she got us to let go of technical and sell a song we have been singing for 2 years. When she worked with the chorus, she enhanced everything we have been working on.. emotionally, technically and musically. She took us to the next level, It showed in our International scores. She revives the chorus each time she is in front of us. I would recommend this coach to ANY quartet or chorus no matter their skill level as everyone will get something inspirational out of her.
