Oct 12, 2006 - In Person Raymond did an outstanding job working with my quartet. He is very inventive and, although we thought we could medal, we were having trouble collectively believing in ourselves. This showed in our performance. So Raymond hung the immaginary medal on each of us and told us we already had won them and that we should now sing like it. We did! It gave us plenty of confidence and we DID earn a medals at the competition. I recently thanked him again for MY medal! IT was a very clever technique. He comes with my highest recommendation.
