I am a 23 year member of Harmony, Incorporated. I co-direct the current 2nd place International Medalist Chorus called Northern Blend and am 1996 Harmony Queen as a bass with "For Heaven's Sake"(www.homestead.com/hi96q), and recently won my second gold as a tenor with "U4X" (www.u4xlive.homestead.com) in November of 2008. I am a Music Teacher and I teach K-5 General Music, Elementary Chorus, Mixed Choir, Show Choir and I direct and produce the annual musicals. I have coached many quartets and choruses within Harmony, Inc., and have coached BHS quartets and choruses as well. I have taught classes on Music Reading (basic theory through explainging the Music Category) and I make learning trax for ladies quartets and choruses (www.TaylorTrax.homestead.com). I tend to focus on showmanship, vocal production, and spicing up intros and tags! I am outgoing, friendly, and extremely flexible! Hope I can help you out!

Sep 27, 2008 - In Person I have had the opportunity to work with Katie when we had her in to coach our chorus, Montreal City Voices. Her experience as a singer, director and teacher made our session one of the most informative and productive ones that we have had. Whether a singing member on the risers or the director out front, we all came away with tools that we could use to better ourselves and improve as a chorus.

Sep 17, 2005 - In Person Katie coached our chorus and my quartet during our chorus retreat. She brought out great singing and performing skills from our members in a positive, encouraging way.

Aug 16, 2005 - In Person My quartet, Omigosh!, coached with Katie at HITS. She was helpful, fun and easy to work with. We learned a lot from her and are hoping to have the opportunity to work with her again.
