Best parts for a 12-hour class

As I wrote in my blog just now, I'm creating a 12-hour class called Owning The Stage, to teach at Harmony University.  I've got my own ideas about what would be cool to include, but I'd like to hear from you!  What are the most useful parts of what you have read?
